EMT designed a specialized road guardrail coating line for a Russian road infrastructure manufacturer. The customer is a well-known road equipment manufacturer supplying wave guardrails, posts and blocks for Russian federal highways.

Our Solution

EMT technical team designed a specialized guardrail coating line with automatic loading system, shot blasting + phosphating pre-treatment, 8 automatic spray guns for multi-angle coating, and gas tunnel drying oven. Coating thickness 80-100μm, salt spray test over 1000 hours.

EMT road guardrail coating line is designed for batch coating of traffic guardrails using overhead chain conveyor with pretreatment tanks, electrostatic powder spray booths, and curing ovens. Highly automated with single-shift capacity of hundreds of meters, delivering uniform thickness with excellent adhesion meeting highway guardrail weathering and corrosion resistance requirements.
