EMT designed and built a vertical guardrail coating line for a large Russian metal structure enterprise. The customer is a leading metal structure manufacturer. Traditional horizontal lines occupy large space with limited capacity. EMT applied innovative vertical technology - guardrails hung vertically, saving about 60% floor space while double-sided coating doubles capacity.

Our Solution
EMT technical team applied innovative vertical technology with guardrails hung vertically, equipped with vertical conveyor system, pass-through shot blasting machine, 12 automatic spray guns for double-sided coating, and vertical gas drying oven. Floor space only 40% of traditional line, capacity over 3000 panels/day.
