The company opens new service centers in Kazakhstan and Belarus to provide prompt technical support to customers.
EMT continues to deepen its market presence in the CIS region, recently establishing two new service centers in Almaty, Kazakhstan and Minsk, Belarus. This marks a further improvement of EMT's service network in the region, providing customers with faster and more efficient technical support.
The new service centers are staffed with experienced technical engineering teams and maintain adequate inventories of commonly used spare parts. The Almaty center primarily serves the Central Asian market, providing coating equipment and cleanroom solution support for mining, petrochemical, and building materials enterprises. The Minsk center serves customers in Belarus and the Baltic region, with a focus on automotive manufacturing and agricultural machinery.
The service centers offer comprehensive after-sales support: equipment installation and commissioning guidance, on-site operator training, scheduled maintenance, rapid fault response, and spare parts supply. For emergency failures, the centers commit to responding within 24 hours and arriving on-site within 48 hours. Additionally, the centers feature product exhibition areas where customers can learn about EMT's latest equipment and solutions firsthand.
EMT plans to further expand its CIS service network over the next two years, adding service stations in Uzbekistan and Georgia to continuously improve the service experience for regional customers.
