Project Overview
EMT designed and built a high-efficiency powder coating line for overseas agricultural machinery manufacturer, for surface treatment and coating of large agricultural machinery parts. Using hanging conveyor system with shot blasting and chemical pre-treatment for efficient continuous processing and stable coating quality.

Our Solution
EMT technical team designed a low-friction manual conveyor system allowing one operator to move 1500kg workpieces. Equipped with washing chamber, shot blasting chamber, powder coating chamber and curing oven, with longitudinal-transverse conveyor for automatic transfer between stations. 60-minute cycle time.
