EMT designed and built a fully automatic coating production line for a Russian agricultural machinery parts manufacturer. The customer is a leading agricultural machinery parts wholesaler. EMT customized an integrated automatic line combining pre-treatment, coating and drying.

Our Solution

EMT technical team provided hanging accumulating chain conveyor system with automatic spray booth and bridge hot air circulation drying tunnel. Pre-treatment system includes 7 processes. Equipped with 6 automatic reciprocating spray guns with over 65% paint utilization.
