Anti-Collision Door
Free-swinging anti-collision door (also known as traffic door or double-action door) is a special function door that can be pushed open in both directions and automatically returns to closed position. Designed for logistics passages and cleanrooms with frequent cart traffic, it requires no manual operation - carts and personnel can push through directly, greatly improving traffic efficiency while effectively isolating different clean zones.
Product Principle
EMT anti-collision doors use high-density PE (polyethylene) or stainless steel + PE composite construction for excellent impact resistance, withstanding repeated impacts from carts and forklifts without deformation or damage. Elastic rubber buffer strips on door edges effectively absorb impact forces, protecting both the door and carts. The door achieves bidirectional free-swinging and automatic return through spring hinges with opening angles exceeding 90°. A transparent observation window in the center allows visibility of approaching people and vehicles to avoid collisions. The smooth, seamless door surface is easy to clean and disinfect, meeting hygiene requirements for food and pharmaceutical industries. Available in single or double leaf configurations.
