Hollow Magnesium Oxide Panel
Hollow glass magnesium sandwich panel is a new type of Class A fire-resistant cleanroom enclosure panel with magnesium oxide board facings and hollow or lightweight-filled interior structure. The magnesium oxide board is composed of magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, and glass fiber cloth, offering excellent fire resistance, moisture resistance, and antibacterial properties for pharmaceutical, food, and electronics cleanrooms.
Product Principle
EMT hollow glass magnesium panels feature 3-8mm magnesium oxide board facings with aluminum honeycomb, paper honeycomb, or hollow frame support structures inside, with overall thickness of 50-100mm. The magnesium oxide board is an A1 non-combustible material that does not burn or produce toxic fumes at temperatures above 1000°C. It also has natural antibacterial and anti-mold properties with surfaces resistant to bacterial growth. Panel surfaces can be finished with various treatments including PVC lamination, HPL lamination, UV coating, and color steel lamination to meet different decorative and functional requirements. The magnesium oxide board is moisture-resistant, warp-free, and delamination-free, making it especially suitable for high-humidity southern regions and cleanrooms requiring washdown procedures.
