Stainless Steel Door
Stainless steel clean door is a premium cleanroom door made from 304/316L stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and easy cleaning. Widely used in GMP pharmaceutical workshops, biological laboratories, food processing workshops, and chemical clean areas with extremely high hygiene and corrosion resistance requirements.
Product Principle
EMT stainless steel clean doors use SUS304 stainless steel for both frame and leaf (316L available for special environments), with plate thickness of 1.0-1.5mm and surface options including brushed, mirror, or matte finish. Door leaves are filled with rock wool for insulation and sound absorption, with food-grade silicone sealing strips around the perimeter for excellent airtightness. Stainless steel is naturally corrosion-resistant, withstanding repeated wiping with various disinfectants (hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite, etc.) without discoloration or corrosion. All welded areas are polished with no burrs or dead corners, meeting the strictest GMP hygiene inspection requirements. Optional features include automatic sensor opening and interlock linkage.
