Handmade Hollow Glass Magnesium Panel
Handmade hollow glass magnesium sandwich panel uses magnesium oxide board facings with aluminum honeycomb or paper honeycomb hollow support structure, manufactured by hand. It combines the fire, moisture, and antibacterial resistance of magnesium oxide board with the lightweight high-strength characteristics of hollow structures. With extremely high surface flatness, it is ideal for high-end cleanroom projects with strict weight and flatness requirements.
Product Principle
EMT handmade hollow glass magnesium panels feature 5-8mm magnesium oxide board facings with aluminum honeycomb (cell size 6-10mm) or paper honeycomb support, overall thickness 50-100mm. The hollow structure significantly reduces panel weight (approximately 8-12kg/m²) while maintaining excellent bending and compressive strength. Magnesium oxide facings are A1 non-combustible with natural antibacterial and anti-mold properties and smooth, dense surfaces. Handmade process ensures extremely high surface flatness (controlled within 0.5mm) for premium visual appearance. Supports flexible size customization and opening processing. Connection methods include aluminum H-profile and tongue-and-groove for good sealing. Magnesium oxide facings can be finished with UV coating or PVC lamination. Especially suitable for ceiling systems with weight restrictions and large-span partition walls.
