Handmade Rock Wool Panel
Handmade rock wool sandwich panel is a premium cleanroom enclosure panel manufactured by manual process, offering higher flatness and more flexible customization than machine-made panels. It is the preferred wall material for GMP pharmaceutical workshops and high-grade cleanrooms.
Product Principle
The core of handmade rock wool panels is assembled from vertical-fiber rock wool strips with fibers perpendicular to the facings, providing much higher compressive and bonding strength than ordinary horizontal-fiber panels. Facings can be color steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other materials to meet different cleanliness levels and usage environments. EMT handmade rock wool panels support multiple connection methods including aluminum H-profile, tongue-and-groove, and concealed screw connections with no exposed screws on the surface for a clean appearance. Sizes, openings, and R-corner treatments can be customized according to cleanroom design requirements.
