Steel Safety Door
Steel safety door combines cleanroom sealing with safety protection functions, equipped with fire locks, emergency push bars or escape devices to meet fire evacuation requirements. Made from cold-rolled steel with flame-retardant rock wool filling, it ensures clean area airtightness while providing rapid safe evacuation in emergencies.
Product Principle
EMT steel safety doors use 1.5mm cold-rolled steel frames and 1.2mm steel leaves filled with 80kg/m³ flame-retardant rock wool, achieving 1.0-1.5 hour fire resistance. Standard equipment includes Class A fire locks and emergency push bar devices for keyless emergency exit from inside. Fire-expanding sealing strips around the door swell when exposed to fire to block gaps and prevent smoke spread. Electrostatic powder coating with customizable colors. Optional observation windows and ventilation louvers. Typically installed at cleanroom fire evacuation exits and safety passages.
