Magnesium Oxysulfate Panel
Magnesium oxysulfate sandwich panel uses magnesium oxysulfate cement board facings with insulation core filling. Magnesium oxysulfate cement is an improvement over traditional magnesium oxychloride cement, replacing magnesium chloride with magnesium sulfate as the modifier. This fundamentally solves the industry problems of halogen return and efflorescence in oxychloride boards, greatly improving stability and durability.
Product Principle
EMT magnesium oxysulfate panels feature 4-8mm magnesium oxysulfate board facings with rock wool, polystyrene, or hollow structure core options. The magnesium oxysulfate board is A1 non-combustible with high fire resistance, producing no combustion or toxic gases at high temperatures. The board has high strength and toughness with flexural strength exceeding 18MPa, far superior to ordinary calcium silicate boards. Magnesium oxysulfate board contains no chloride ions, eliminating halogen return and moisture issues while maintaining stable performance in high-humidity environments, making it especially suitable for humid southern regions. Surfaces support various finishes including UV coating, PVC lamination, and HPL lamination. Excellent waterproof, moisture-proof, and anti-mold performance ensures long service life.
