Handmade Aluminum Honeycomb Panel
Handmade aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel is a premium cleanroom enclosure panel with aluminum honeycomb core and double-sided metal facings. The aluminum honeycomb structure offers an extremely high strength-to-weight ratio with excellent overall rigidity, high flatness and deformation resistance, making it the preferred material for electronics, semiconductor, precision instruments and aerospace facilities with extremely high cleanliness and stability requirements.
Product Principle
EMT aluminum honeycomb panels use aviation-grade aluminum foil expanded into regular hexagonal honeycomb structures with cell sizes typically 6-10mm and core thickness up to 50-100mm. Facings can be color steel, stainless steel, aluminum, HPL fire-resistant board and other materials to meet different cleanliness levels and decorative requirements. Aluminum honeycomb panels are lightweight (approximately 5-7kg/m²) yet have extremely high bending and compressive strength, with no deflection or deformation over large areas. Surface flatness can be controlled within 0.5mm for excellent visual appearance. The aluminum honeycomb core itself is a Class A non-combustible material, achieving excellent fire ratings when combined with fire-resistant facings.
