Handmade Blind Panel
Handmade blind panel is a solid cleanroom enclosure panel without openings or windows, used for wall areas not requiring observation windows or equipment penetrations. Handmade with color steel, stainless steel or magnesium oxide facings and rock wool or aluminum honeycomb core, providing seamless surfaces for optimal sealing and cleanliness.
Product Principle
EMT blind panels have facing thickness of 0.5-1.5mm (steel) or 5-8mm (magnesium oxide), with rock wool or aluminum honeycomb core options. The completely sealed surface without any openings provides optimal airtightness for maximum cleanliness level assurance. Handmade production supports various size customizations with connections fully compatible with other cleanroom panels. Blind panels work with windowed panels and door frames to form complete cleanroom enclosure systems. Post-production opening processing available as needed.
