Rock wool sandwich panel is a high-performance building envelope material with rock wool core and double-sided color steel facings, widely used in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical workshops, electronics factories and other places with strict fire protection and insulation requirements.
Product Principle
EMT rock wool sandwich panels use high-quality basalt wool as core material with density of 80-120kg/m³, achieving Class A non-combustible fire rating with fire resistance up to 1-4 hours. The facings are 0.4-0.8mm thick color-coated steel or stainless steel plates with smooth, clean surfaces that are easy to clean and disinfect. The panels use tongue-and-groove or aluminum H-profile connections for quick installation and good sealing, effectively ensuring the airtightness and cleanliness requirements of cleanrooms. Standard thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm are available, with customization according to project needs.
