Silica Sandwich Panel
Silica sandwich panel is a new type of Class A fire-resistant insulation panel with modified silica core and double-sided color steel facings. The silica material is made from natural inorganic minerals through high-temperature melting modification, combining excellent fire performance with lightweight and high strength, making it ideal for cleanrooms, laboratories and other high-standard building enclosures.
Product Principle
EMT silica sandwich panels have a core density of approximately 120-180kg/m³ with thermal conductivity of only 0.045W/(m·K) for excellent insulation performance. The silica material itself is an inorganic non-combustible material achieving A1 fire rating, which does not melt, burn or produce toxic fumes at temperatures up to 1000°C, providing extremely high safety. The panel surface uses high-quality color-coated steel plates with thickness of 0.4-0.6mm, providing smooth, clean surfaces that are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Standard widths are 950mm/1150mm with thicknesses from 50-150mm available, using tongue-and-groove installation for convenient and efficient construction. Suitable for cleanroom construction in pharmaceutical, electronics, and food industries.
