PU Sandwich Panel
Polyurethane (PU) sandwich panel is a high-efficiency insulation enclosure panel with rigid polyurethane foam core and double-sided color steel facings. PU core has extremely low thermal conductivity, making it one of the best insulating sandwich panel cores available, widely used in cold storage, food workshops, pharmaceutical warehouses and other clean environments with extremely high insulation requirements.
Product Principle
EMT PU sandwich panels are manufactured through continuous production line one-step foaming, ensuring strong bonding between core and facings with excellent integrity. The PU core has thermal conductivity of only 0.022-0.027W/(m·K), allowing 40%-50% thickness reduction compared to rock wool panels for the same insulation effect, effectively saving building space. With closed-cell rate over 95% and extremely low water absorption, insulation performance does not degrade over long-term use. The panel achieves B1 fire rating (flame retardant), with facings of 0.4-0.7mm color-coated or stainless steel in customizable colors. Standard thicknesses include 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, and 150mm with tongue-and-groove installation for good sealing. Particularly suitable for cold chain logistics, food processing, and biopharmaceutical fields with strict temperature control requirements.
