Steel Clean Door
Steel clean door is a high-airtightness door specifically designed for cleanrooms and dust-free workshops, made of high-quality cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating. It offers excellent sealing, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, making it standard equipment for clean areas in pharmaceutical, food, and electronics industries.
Product Principle
EMT steel clean doors feature frames made from 1.2-1.5mm cold-rolled steel with door leaves filled with rock wool or polyurethane insulation for high overall strength and good sound/thermal insulation. Silicone sealing strips around the door leaf create reliable airtight seals when closed, effectively preventing air cross-contamination between clean and non-clean areas. The door surface undergoes degreasing, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating for uniform, strong-adhesion, wear and corrosion resistant finish. Standard configuration includes stainless steel hinges, concealed door closers, and cleanroom-specific locks, with optional observation windows and access control systems.
