Steel Return Air Door
Steel return air door integrates return air louvers or grilles into a clean door for cleanroom HVAC return air passages. Return air openings in the lower or upper door section allow indoor air to flow back through the door to HVAC return ducts, eliminating the need for separate wall return air openings to save space and simplify HVAC layout.
Product Principle
EMT return air doors use 1.2mm cold-rolled steel leaves with aluminum alloy louver grilles at return air openings, with adjustable blade angles for airflow control. Return air opening area is calculated based on HVAC design, typically 15%-25% of door area. The remaining door section maintains standard clean door sealing for airtightness. Return air louvers available in single or double layer, with double layer providing better airflow direction and volume control. Electrostatic powder coating matches cleanroom color scheme. Return air opening position (top/bottom/side) and size customizable per project requirements.
