EMT TPS panel core has density of approximately 30-45kg/m³ with thermal conductivity of 0.039-0.042W/(m·K), providing insulation comparable to standard EPS but with significantly improved fire performance. The thermoset core forms a honeycomb fire isolation structure that carbonizes and shrinks on the surface when exposed to fire, creating an isolation layer that prevents flame penetration without producing melt drips, effectively avoiding secondary fires. Facings use 0.4-0.6mm color-coated steel with standard widths of 950mm/1150mm and thicknesses from 50-100mm. Tongue-and-groove installation for quick construction. TPS panels combine the economy of EPS with enhanced fire safety, making them the preferred solution for cleanroom projects requiring moderate fire ratings within limited budgets.
