EPS Sandwich Panel
EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) sandwich panel is an economical insulation enclosure panel with expanded polystyrene foam core and double-sided color steel facings. EPS core is lightweight with good insulation and affordable pricing, making it ideal for standard cleanrooms, food workshops, and warehouse logistics projects where cost efficiency is important.
Product Principle
EMT EPS sandwich panels use flame-retardant EPS core with density of 14-18kg/m³ and thermal conductivity of approximately 0.041W/(m·K) for good insulation. Facings are 0.3-0.6mm color-coated steel with smooth surfaces. The overall lightweight construction enables easy handling and quick installation, significantly reducing construction time. Standard widths are 950mm/1150mm with thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm available, using tongue-and-groove installation. EPS sandwich panels have B2 fire rating, suitable for general industrial buildings and warehouses without high fire protection requirements. For higher fire ratings, rock wool or silica sandwich panels are recommended.
